The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood with level access to the front door, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 2 living rooms, private semi enclosed hot tub and beautiful back deck for those summer gatherings for an experience to remember.

6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older.

7. The guest who rents must provide a photo copy of his or her driver’s license

Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are several world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:

  Overall this was a nice big house in South Lake. The location was really convenient, and there was plenty of bedrooms and beds. Everything was clean and worked great. The hot tub was really nice! The TVs could maybe use updating for a house this big and this price, but overall this was a good value if you have a big group and want something simple. Would stay here again.

  Overall, everything was great. A few suggestions though. The light switches in different rooms do not turn on anything and you have to turn on the lights by hand which is no problem but very confusing when you first get there. The garage light has only one florescent bulb working, and it was very dark in there. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our biggest grip was we were snowed in to Tahoe as all the roads were closed no one was getting in or out that day (Monday December 27) We called (Sunday December 26) to see if we could stay one more day and Tami wasn't in so we talked to another gentleman and he said another family was coming in which we understood that however he didn't even attempt to find out if the other family was able to get into Tahoe or not since the roads were closed. This snowstorm was the largest snowstorm in years you would think the agency would be a little more considerate. We were lucky to get 4 rooms in a hotel as most of the hotels were full. Other than that, the property itself was Great.

  Nice house for 3-4 families to spend some time. Pool table and hot tub will make it a pleasant stay. It's close to Heavenly on Nevada side and to the beach. There is a lot of plates, glasses, etc. but be prepared to bring own spices and condiments.
  Before reserve be aware that management company wants scan of your ID and credit card which is against standard security rules and really should not be the case (I rented many houses and this was the first time someone wanted it from me).

  Our extended family of 9 overnight guests thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas/Ski vacation in this lovely rental home! Would recommend that the carpet leading up the main stairs be cleaned, as that first look detracted from the overall cleanliness of the property! Also, Master shower soap holder was loose, and downstairs bedroom had a bit of a musty smell. We thought the property was great overall!
