Surrounded by picturesque mature landscaping and plenty of decking to enjoy the Tahoe outdoors, this home offers all the necessities one could want; Internet, pool table, foosball, ping pong table wet bar, wine refrigerator and large hot tub to relax in after a long day of Tahoe activities.   Our two families stayed at the home and loved the location. Bedding was nice and plentiful. The games, pool table, and hot tub were wonderful amenities. Lots of need for updates (tub had loose parts, kitchen was very disorganized, and the sofa was broken (in fairness we were warned a prior guest had done that)). One of the ovens didn’t work, and the multiple burners on the stove didn’t work either. The toaster burnt everything on level 1. This made cooking a challenge.

  House is big with plenty of beds, extra bedding pillows, etc. Fit 10 adults comfortably. Kitchen had several pots, pans, and utensils, had a crockpot, blender, and coffee maker. Has two ovens, the newer looking one under the stove seemed to never get up to temperature, but the other one worked great. Heaters worked well and warmed up house quickly. Hot tub and BBQ worked as expected. House has lots of board games in addition to the fooseball table, pool table and a mini blackjack/roulette/craps set. Pool table is in the downstairs living room, but on two sides of the table need to use a short stick as wall can get in the way. TVs worked and we were able to watch the NFL playoffs, didn't turn it on otherwise. House is a short drive into the main strip of town (near casinos) or to Heavenly ski resort (NV or CA sides). If Skiing with a beginner I'd recommend the gondola or CA side as only boulder lodge on the Nevada side has a single green run (canyon lodge has only blues or blacks) and its a trek for a beginner to make it over to the CA side. A block away there's a cultisac the deadends into a trail system, went on a snowshoe hike from there and it was easy to stay on trail (no fresh snow in a week) and got views of the lake about a mile into the hike. There's a cool dive bar and rental shop about a half mile from the house. Overall was a great place to stay for our group.

  We recently rented this house for a fabulous week in July 2020. We found Tom and Tami from Sierra Tahoe Realty a real pleasure and very helpful with local tips. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen,there are tons of pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc. we found nothing missing. Dining on the outdoor deck was heavenly. The entire family enjoyed ping pong competitions, pool table games and just having a wonderful relaxing time. The backyard was nice and the back neighbor has a built in stream which could be heard from master suite and outdoor dining deck making it feel like a high end resort. Dining outside there are two tables enough to accommodate 8. There were 7 of us our group, adults and teens we all had privacy and room to spread out. 3 rooms had on-suite with the other room sharing one of these with a double door entrance. There are two family rooms one upstairs which has a new leather sectional. Downstairs is where the pool table bar area is located. A hiking trail is nearby and stores too. If you are looking for good old-fashioned vacation in a large home with something for everyone,this is your place.
