After a full day of adventures, relax under the stars in our new 7-person premium saltwater hot tub. This 3-level home offers 4 BR, 3.5 BA, 2 fireplaces and a downstairs entertainment/game room that features Ping Pong, Foosball and a big-screen TV.

Inside the home, you’ll find 4 spacious bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 fireplaces and a wrap-around deck

Summers in Lake Tahoe-

Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are 7 world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:

  For anyone with a group of 10 or less, I highly recommend this rental property. It is very tastefully and well-appointed with an excellent layout, including an open layout on the main floor with a great kitchen (as well as finished space in the basement). STR LLC was very responsive and helpful, including with excess parking recommendations due to the high snow levels. Minutes from Heavenly and the casinos as well. Kudos to the owners and STR LLC. It's just a great house overall, as advertised. They did an excellent job. If my family goes back to South Lake Tahoe, we will be signing up for this property again.

  Our family had a great time during the holidays at this home. The home was spacious and had an open den for all (8) of us to gather. We were 15 mins from the slopes and 5 mins from town so location was great for skiing, dining, and casinos! The home was quite well equipped with additional TVs in bedrooms/gameroom, very nice bathrooms, and of course the hot tub which is great after a day of skiing! It was a great place for us to gather for the holidays and can sleep 8-10 for any group out to have a great time in a great place.
  Finally the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond when they got us another key to replace the one we misplaced and returned an object to us the we left behind!
  I can’t recommend this house more or this company who made our holiday vacation experience one we will never forget!

  Our family of 6 adults and one 7 year old stayed in this tri-level home for a long weekend and really enjoyed the home! Our first day we had thunderstorms so lake and hiking were out. Instead we enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables in the lower recreation room along with the well stocked selection of board games and movies in the large living area and rec room downstairs. We also enjoyed the large well stocked kitchen which had everything we needed, including a large dining table. We also enjoyed the hot tub each afternoon and evening after a day on the lake or mountain! The 4 bedrooms fit our family nicely and there were plenty of extra portable beds for kids if needed. Also the three full bathrooms and 1 half bath helped to make our stay nice with this many adults!

  The house was even nicer in person than in the photos. Was a great place to stay for a relaxing ski weekend with some friends. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was hot and clean. The entire place was spotless when we arrived, and even felt like a hotel with the pre packaged toiletries in the bathrooms and the folded towels in each room. Props to the extremely professional cleaning crew.

  The house was located in the perfection location for the mountain, and the lake. It was a short drive to be on the mountain and a short drive in town to get supplies. The neighbors on either side seem like summer houses, so it was quite private and quiet when we went for a winter adventure. The views were great, the kitchen was stocked, and each floor was warm with fireplaces.

  It was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Tammi and Tom were very helpful. We happened to be at the house during the epic snowstorm during the week of Christmas. We were snowed in at the house for a couple of days but what a wonderful house to be in during such an event! The owner of the house actually had put up a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations which was perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter. It was a very family friendly place with games for all ages. There were even sleds in the garage so the days we were snowed in, we took the sleds out and had a blast going down the hills.

  The home was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. the location was great and the home fits a group of adults staying together. One of very few homes that has 4 bedrooms with queen beds or larger. Most homes do not have this advantage. As for the cleaning crew that takes care of the home there is a few things that they need to improve on. The master bath tub is jet style. Went to use it and algae came out of the jets along with hair. Jets need to be cleaned and flushed. there were a few broken items like handles in the bathrooms that came off or were cracked and missing pieces. the hot tub was a great addition to the property and fit 7 adults comfortably and no chemical smell due to the Hot Tub being salt water style. But the filter was needing to be replaced. the control panel was flashing for it to be changed.
  
  All in all though a great place to stay and will more than likely stay again.

  We had a wonderful stay at this house! We had three families with plenty of room for everyone. The house was a great setup and beds were very comfortable. There are two ovens which is key, however, only one worked. Some of the dishes were still dirty and the upstairs toilet constantly ran, but other than that we had no complaints.
  
  The hot tub was huge and much loved by the kids. We did have a bear break into our car and cause some damage but definitely not the fault of the homeowners. Just a warning for people traveling there.
