  Hi. This is a perfect house for large groups. We had our annual Girls Weekend and we were at 10 people one night and plenty of room. Lots of places to sit and watch television and large dining table which was perfect. Property is as described on the website.5 minute walk to private beach and close to grocery store and Zephyr Cove Lodge for dining. Walking Trail along Lake to the Lodge also. Was clean and well-maintained. Property manager very helpful. We would not hesitate to rent in the future

  Honestly this VRBO exceeded my expectations! As a larger group it is nice to have multiple living levels, and to know everyone had a bedroom was key for us in planning a comfortable experience, and the beds were so comfortable and SO sound proof! The rooms actually felt quite updated to me, too. Kitchen also had everything we needed.
  And Ill say it again, I've stayed with my family in other VRBOS where noise travels so easily when people are staying up late, and this VRBO was super quiet for early sleepers ( I like my sleep haha). The patio table was perfect for 8 people, hot tub perfect temperature. It's 20ish minutes to a lot of things we wanted to do but not too bad of a drive.
  
  I saw reviews that management seemed annoyed at some renters, but Tami helped us the whole time and she was awesome. 5/5 stars :)

  We stayed for 4 nights with our young adult children. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable distance to the lake which was very nice! The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were spacious, and the bedding and towels were good quality. The kitchen was well equipped, although some of the pans and utensils were well-worn. In general, the seating options were not very comfortable and could use some upgrading. The kids loved the hot tub! The check-in instructions need to be updated as well, and contained a few errors/omissions that I had to call about (trash, WIFI). Overall, we had a great stay!

  Our family had a wonderful time in the mountains. It was the first time for some of the children to see snow! The house was a perfect setup for our family. Master on the main floor all other bedrooms on lower floor. Plenty of room for spreading out. Nice fenced in yard and a big hot tub. the neighborhood is beautiful and only a very short walk to the local beach. We would love to stay here again.

  The house was in a perfect location. There was a private beach just 3 minutes away on foot. If you didn't feel like spending the day at the lake, there were so many other options: beautiful hiking & biking trails, casinos, shopping, eating out! The Safeway down the road was very convenient. Beautiful outdoor patio and hot tub were a hit.
  Only a few minor disappointments: loud neighbors didn't respect the curfew, backyard was a large slope & not conducive to kid play, downstairs bedrooms woke up daily to early risers on the main floor, & starter kits of trash bags, dish soap, & toilet paper didn't last more than 2 days. If your family cooks, consider bringing all these items to avoid an untimely trip to the store.
  Overall, the management company, house, & location made for a great vacation.
