Recently re-finished with some impressive upgrades, this home offers new furnishings, amazing gas fireplace, new wood flooring and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Located within 40 mins or less to the Reno/Tahoe International airport and just a short drive to Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts giving you plenty of options to choose from in the winter. The home is equipped with a brand new large private hot tub to enjoy after that long day of fun as well as a dry sauna to relax those muscles. There's a game room with a pool table and dart board for those who are looking to spend some quality time with friends or family members.

Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are 7 world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches.   Overall the house was ok . It was dated looking and under stocked . We never heard from anyone . We enjoyed our time but incline village has to have beach passes in order to go to the beach and this rental did not supply them .

  We had a great time staying here. My co-workers and I rented the space for a group getaway. It was close to a cute town with lots of restaurants and to lots of skiing and sledding. Close to grocery stores like Raley's and Safeway (which is 24hrs). We made most of our meals in the house and it was fine, I just wish there were bigger pots and pans. They did have plenty of dishes such as utensils plates and cups. The living room is bigger than I expected. There is another bedroom with 2 singles that is not pictured. It also has wooden vaulted ceiling. The negatives are that some of the towels had makeup stains from previous renters. Also, there weren't extra cleaning supplies like paper towels, a spray for counters, or extra garbage bags. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi at first and the customer service team, especially Tom, were very quick and helpful through everything! We spent a lot of time enjoying the house and all of its extra features. I would defiantly stay here again.

  We had a great visit. It was our first time staying in the Tahoe are. The House was great. There was plenty of room and the hot tub was big and just what we needed after two rounds of golf. Easy drive to Truckee, Kings Beach or Crystal Bay. House was very clean.

  House was nice and accommodated our party well. The pictures were some what deceiving. The loft stairs is the main way to the additional bedrooms, living space and bathroom. There were limited kitchen supplies for cooking.

  The location was very convenient to Incline Village and we had a view of Lake Tahoe through the trees. We enjoyed the large deck with grill and hot tub as well as the basement with the pool table and dart board. We had to call the management company for additional towels and some fans since the house does not have AC - they were very responsive and friendly. The reason we did not give five stars is the house was minimally furnished compared to others we have rented beyond basic pots, pans and one towel per guest. Rugs were old and grungy and loose TV cable was a hazard. For a small investment the owners could make this a premier property but appear to be keeping it basic. While we did enjoy our stay, we expected just a little bit more.
